Home & Office traveling fees: Starting at $25
Hospital & Nursing Homes traveling fees: Starting at $55
Jail traveling fees: Starting at $100
Witnesses Services: $30 per witness
Convenience fee: $15 (applied for appointments between 10pm-6am, on weekends, and on holidays.)
